For more information on our cutting-edge technology, visit darktrace.com.Job SummaryWe’re growing our sales operations team and have an immediate opening for a Global Sales Operations Analyst, reporting directly to the Head of Sales Operations & Analytics. This position is ideal for someone looking to work as part of a dynamic, growing team; you will play a critical role in the success of our global sales org, and enhance forecasting and reporting for key internal stakeholders. This role offers the candidate the opportunity to have a direct impact on overall corporate success and the enablement of our sales team.Location:US – Central or East office locations preferred (Austin, Boston, Chicago, New York)Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development, documentation, and standardization of sales processes, ensuring they are efficient and effective; identify areas of improvement in sales processes and implement necessary changes to enhance productivity.Monitor the sales pipeline and provide insights to the sales team on process bottlenecks and areas for improvement.Analyze and interpret data, including key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and customer insights.Generate reports and dashboards to track sales performance and present findings to management.Collaborate with the sales team to establish performance targets based on data analysis.Train sales representatives on the effective use of sales tools and ensure they are utilizing the tools to their full potential.Work with the sales training team to develop and deliver sales training programs, ensuring sales representatives are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.Oversee the onboarding process for new sales hires and provide ongoing support to ensure their success.Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and synergy in overall business strategies.Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales representatives to drive continuous improvement.Qualifications & ExperienceBS/BA (or above) with demonstrated 5+ years’ experience in sales operations, KPI reporting, or more general business reporting and analysis. Experience modeling large data sets is essential.A track record of balancing concurrent projects, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver projects within deadline.An understanding of standard forecasting methodology, KPI reporting, sales planning strategy, and the overall enterprise sales cycle is highly desirable.Must be able to work independently to numerous personal and team deadlines, while consistently identifying areas for improvement.Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interact and build rapport with all levels of sales/data management.Very strong organizational and independent project management skills.An understanding of formulas, functions, and pivot tables in Excel, alongside the ability to analyze large data sets.Competency with Microsoft Office Suite, for creation of reporting slide decks and original sales documents for distribution.Benefits100% medical, dental and vision insurance, plus dependentsPaid parental leavePet insuranceLife insuranceCommuter benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
