Due to continued company growth and success, we have an immediate need for a Production/ Facilities Supervisor who will be responsible for all production processes, equipment, and facilities in our PA facility.

Job Details
Is your background a match?
* High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's preferred
* 3+ years of experience in a facilities, manufacturing or warehouse environment with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
* Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques, lean manufacturing principles
* Experience facilitating Root Cause Analyst and leading EHS initiatives
* Prior exposure using JDEdwards and ERP or MES
* Proficient in MS Office applications
What will you be doing?
* Lead and engage hourly teams in process improvement and rapid problem-solving activities
* Resolve conflict; coach and counsel employees
* Manage, lead, and be accountable for the crew’s environmental, health, and safety performance and practices
* Lead EHS initiatives throughout the organization and perform FBP self-assessments
* Coordinate outbound truck schedules and prepare daily schedules for hourly employees based on truck schedules
* Prepare paperwork for outbound materials
* Maintain all quality, process management and production standards
* Complete autonomous maintenance
* Enforce workplace rules, policies, procedures, and labor agreement
* Plan, manage, and execute departmental operating plans and tactical operations(scheduling, crew assignments, and overtime)
* Maintain good employee relations with internal and external customers
