The ideal candidate will handle general liability cases including commercial and umbrella policies, involving catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, and HOA, in a team-oriented atmosphere. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in the State of California 1-7 years experience in civil litigation Superior analytical skills Strong written and oral communication skills Deposition and law and motion experience Prior insurance defense experience is preferred but not required.
