Join our top-notch team of more than 50,000 diverse and high-performing professionals globally who are making their mark on some of the world’s most beloved brands, including DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, CRAFTSMAN, STANLEY, CUB CADET, and HUSTLER.The Job:Lead the Demand Planning team to deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.Have ownership of the IBP process.Lead all business planning/demand forecasting initiatives, strategies and customer collaboration activities.Lead and manage a diverse team of managers, planners and business analysts in multiple business locations.Drive alignment with Supply/Sales/Finance.Provide analytical support for both business planning and sales order management/logistics improvement projects working closely with both internal and external support teams.Champion the review and reporting of Customer Scorecards and Dashboards ensuring internal goals and metrics support alignment to achieve.Participate in interviewing and talent management of the team.The Person:You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
