Works in a fast-paced environment while deeply invested in long-term quality and efficiency. Managing multiple tasks and using sound judgment when prioritizing. Collaborating with global cross-functional teams in building customer-centric products. Analyzing existing software implementations to identify areas of improvement and provide deadline estimates for implementing new features. Updating and maintaining documentation for team processes, best practices, and software runbooks. Establishing trusted partnerships with peers, product heads, and executive-level stakeholders. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and engineering. Exceptional analytical skills and ability to apply knowledge and experience in decision-making to arrive at creative and commercial solutions. Ability to leverage technology to deliver business value. You are independent and comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and often multi-directional work environment. Strong understanding of scalable enterprise system design and microservices architecture. Experienced in Test Driven Development and applying good test practices and different types of testing to promote rapid, reliable, and resilient application development. Experience having complete product ownership; identifying requirements, design, coding, testing, and deployment. Basic Qualifications 6-8 years of hands-on development experience in Core Java (Java 11 & above), and experience in backend technologies such as Core Java, Spring framework, JSON, REST, Hibernate, Django, SqlAlchemy, etc. Exposure to Sybase (or other relational databases) alongside SQL. Extensive hands-on experience in Python. Experience with front-end development with Angular, React, Redux, and Core JavaScript. Demonstrated experience operating in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum setup with global/remote teams. Experience with implementing unit tests, integration tests, Test Driven Development. Strong development, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of developing and deploying applications in public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Data modeling, warehousing, and understanding of data engineering practices a big plus. Some experience using Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., AWS CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation) a plus.
