About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our MedSurg team at Piedmont Eastside Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Function within the framework of our organization's policies and procedures, demonstrating professional growth and accountability.
- Maintain standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
Requirements
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- New graduates of a nursing program eligible.
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting required for PRN positions.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable.
