Pleasanton, United States | Posted on 08/05/2024RxCloud has an opening for Computer Systems Architect position.Requirements: Master’s degree or equivalent in Software Engineering, MIS/CIS, or related engineering field (Comp Sci, Information Systems, etc.) along with 2 yrs of relevant experience, out of which 1 yr in migration/system integration using Veeva Vault, document management technologies, Documentum platform & DA, providing solutions utilizing EMC Documentum platform.Duties: Architect, design, develop, and implement efficient information systems and/or operations systems in support of core enterprise functions. Monitor system performance to detect and resolve problems during deployment and support change management. Create data migration/system integration strategies using content management tools such as Veeva Vault, Documentum Product Suite 6.5, 6.7, and 7.0, Documentum Administrator (DA), etc. Provide better IT solutions to Life Science Industries primarily in PromoMats, MedComms, and QualityDocs (QDMS) area. Resolve all incidents and service requests as per GxP constraints and within the SLA service levels.Location: Pleasanton, CA. 40 hrs. Some travel (10%) to client sites at unanticipated locations within the US with expenses paid by the employer.
