RN Step Down

MGB-16011- RN Step Down - Dover, NH- 14 Weeks Contract

Sigma Healthcare team is looking for a RN Step Down to work onsite at our client's facility in Dover NH

19:00 - 07:30

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.

Implement and monitor patient care plans.

Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.

Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.

Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requirements:

2+ years recent working experience as a RN in a Step-down/PCU/Intermediate Care Unit, ER, or ICU (not including clinical rotations)

Current BLS and ACLS Certifications

Current Registered Nurse License

Skills preferred: Management of Arterial lines and management of neo-synephrine .

Basic computer proficiency inclusive of ability to access, enter, and interpret computerized data/information.

Ability to effectively delegate appropriate patient care activities.
