Job Title: Physical Therapist - Sign-on Bonus
Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Must be open to alternating morning and afternoons. some flexibility if needed.)
Job Location: 3202 Bainbridge Avenue, Bronx, NY (Norwood; outpatient clinic)
Salary Range: $86,000.00 - $(phone number removed) (commensurate with experience)
Responsibilities:
Physical Therapist responsibilities include ...
Assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses.
Devising creative treatment plans for individuals suffering from injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases.
Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person.
Helping patients restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
Encouraging patients along the road to recovery.
Medical specialties at the clinic include ortho, pediatrics, and sports medicine.
Mainly Adults into adolescents outpatient caseload, with some orthopedic pediatrics.
Qualifications:
NYS Physical Therapist License
Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
Basic computer skills
CPR and first aid certification required
Open to new grads with a strong interest in orthopedics physical therapy
Must be familiar with advance treatment for sports injuries, post-op recovery, lower back pain, and neck pain
Well-rounded with PT evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of multiple conditions
