Job Summary
The Human Resource (HR) Generalist performs day to day multi-state Human Resources tasks that impact the efficiency of HR processes, organizational compliance, and field support. The role will include a high emphasis on Employee Relations, Leave of Absence Administration, Policy Translation, Legal Compliance, Performance Management, Process Management, and HR Project Collaboration.
Responsibilities:

- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process
- Implement change management initiatives effectively
- Coordinate employee orientation programs
- Manage workers' compensation claims and processes
- Utilize HR software such as ADP, Paychex, and Ceridian for payroll and HR functions
- Oversee performance management processes
- Handle social media management related to HR initiatives
- Contribute to strategic planning for HR initiatives
Qualifications:
Experience
- Proven experience in conducting interviews and recruitment processes
- Strong understanding of change management principles
- Familiarity with employee orientation procedures
- Knowledge of workers' compensation regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in using HR software such as ADP, Paychex, and Ceridian
- Experience in performance management practices
- Ability to manage social media platforms for HR purposes
- Skills in strategic planning for HR initiatives
