Primary KPI - Net Revenue Retention.Engage with customers right after the contract is closed to get the technical integration doneUnderstand customer requirements and clearly articulate them to the technical teamClearly call out any deviations from the requirements (to the customer and internal teams)Write PRDs for internal teams to work onEnsure hygiene requirements (data availability, final output format, etc.) for activationBe the SPOC for all daily/weekly communications with the customersPlan with internal stakeholders and communicate clear timelines via Gantt Charts/Excel documents/presentationsMaintain and prioritize the backlog and enhancement requests across multiple customersEnsure end-to-end testing of the workflow and output before releasing it to the customerRequired Qualifications3+ years of Stakeholder Management Experience (Sales/Consulting/Account Management)Good Verbal and Written CommunicationExcellent conflict management and resolution skillsGood to Have:Ability to Manage relationshipsProven track record of leading projectsExceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences; as well as communicate effectively to individual contributors, management, and executive leadershipStrong communications skills, with the distinctive ability to empower and influence people without authority or a direct reporting relationship.About NanoNetsCompany Size: 51 - 250 PeopleYear Founded: 2017Country: United StatesCompany Status: Actively Hiring #J-18808-Ljbffr
