Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Transient Sales Manager to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in driving transient sales, forging strong relationships with key decision-makers, and exceeding revenue targets by showcasing the unique allure of Santa Monica Proper.
Position Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to secure new corporate and leisure accounts and retain existing ones.
Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Craft compelling proposals and presentations that highlight the unique value proposition of Santa Monica Proper for corporate travelers.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate travel managers, travel management companies, and travel advisors.
Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned corporate and leisure accounts.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and develop winning sales strategies.
Exceed assigned revenue targets through effective prospecting, relationship management, and strategic negotiations.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Events, Operations) to ensure a seamless experience for corporate clients and their travelers.
