Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Azure Solutions Architect to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. The ideal candidate will drive technological innovation, with expertise in Azure infrastructure, networking, and a focus on hybrid deployments for critical infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage Azure-based infrastructure solutions, emphasizing hybrid deployments with high availability and disaster recovery for public and private utility clients. Lead the adoption of cloud infrastructure, optimizing IT landscapes. Educate other team members on new cloud technologies and initiatives. Implement DevOps practices, automate deployments, and drive continuous improvement. Manage IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines. Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting for Azure-related issues. Stay updated on Azure services and cloud technologies, implementing best practices. Conduct system audits to maintain security, compliance, and efficiency. Azure Resource Responsibilities: Virtual Networks Azure Stack HCI Storage Accounts Backup and Site Recovery Virtual Machines Azure Virtual Desktop Arc & Monitor Microsoft 365 Business Premium Qualifications: (Recommended but Not Required) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: 10 years of IT experience. Certifications: AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ-305, AZ-400. Azure Proficiency: Azure Arc, Azure Automanage, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure SQL Managed Instance. Microsoft 365 Skills: Office Apps, Exchange, Teams, Entra (Azure AD), Security, Compliance, Defender, Azure ATP, Intune (Endpoint Manager), OneDrive, SharePoint. Windows Server Skills: Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services, IIS, Application Server (LOB Apps), File Services (DFS), SQL Server, Session Host, Windows Admin Center. MDM Skills: Windows Desktop (Domain, Hybrid, or Azure Managed), Android, Apple, MacOS. Coding Skills: Bicep/Terraform, Powershell/Bash, Python, Github/Azure DevOps.
