How you’ll make an impact:

The SenioProcurement Analyst will be part of a Strategic Sourcing and Partnership team, supporting our Procurement operations area. The Sr. Analyst will have the opportunity to support Procurement transformational initiatives that enable operational efficiencies across the Company. Your key responsibility will be supporting administration of our Procure to Pay system which includes Contracts, but you will also support sourcing projects, working with internal clients and engaging with external suppliers to deliver successful business outcomes. The successful candidate will possess experience in Procure to Pay systems and strong analytical skills.  Since you will be working with multiple stakeholders at any given time, you must have excellent organizational and documentational skills.

What you’ll do:

Act as focal contact point for all workflow related tasks including adding/updating Finance roles, delegations , and weekly/monthly KPI PO and invoice reports to Upper Management

Support the update of configuration rules and settings based on business process changes and requests

Support the testing and maintenance of Supplier enabled hosted/punch out catalogs

Support SiriusXM as a supplier/vendor relationship requirement for future enablement

Support interfaces to Jaggaer including feeds from Workday, Oracle and Levelpath

Responsible for supporting end-user training

Support exception and error handling on transactions (and any associated problem resolutions)

Support testing of Jaggaer’s periodic releases to monitor for change impact and new functionality insights

Interface/Support local Controller group personnel to ensure that the entire procurement to pay (P2P) process is implemented fully and seamlessly

Prepares analysis/reports on process areas as required, including monthly contract log and quarterly consolidation of contracts

Submit requisitions through SiriusXM’s P2P system and follow up with approvers if necessary

What you’ll need:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a procurement, planning and/or procurement processing

Bachelor’s Degree with focus on Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Data Analytics 

Advanced Excel user and proficient in MS Office suite, Google Workspace and familiarity with Alteryx and Tableau

E-procurement, P2P, CLM platform experience, Jaggaer preferred

Demonstrated process improvement experience/Strong analytical skills

Must be a team player who is well organized

Must have a positive “can do” attitude

Strong customer service skills and collaboration with internal and external business partners

Other duties as assigned

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $64,000 to $84,475 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
