Annual Starting Salary: $105,000+
Plus 5% Annual Project Completion Bonus

What are we looking for?
The ERP Specialist plans, guides, designs, and implements systems for the application of electronic data processing or for the improvement of existing data processing applications.
· Primarily responsible for the broad aspects of data processing systems (ERP) throughout the organization.
· Manages the interaction between systems, not only to avoid redundancies in storage and processing, but also to take advantage of new and more effective ways of providing needed information.
· May occasionally train end-users.
What specifically will you be doing?
· Perform ERP system administration in support of Business needs
· Install and test ERP software patches, upgrades, and performance tuning
· Assist in strategic development of future ERP planning and deployment
· Provide day to day support to ERP questions and issues as they arise
· Lead and contribute to design discussions in a cross-functional setting
· Assist in developing standards, guidelines, and best practices
Requirements:What do we need from you?
- 5 + years' experience in design, implementation, and support of Visual ERP systems, required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related, preferred
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing business processes, preferred
- Experience with MS SQL would be a plus
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Team player who is able to manage time to meet deadlines independently
