Join our team as a Property Management Assistant, where you'll play a pivotal role in promoting resident satisfaction and ensuring operational excellence. Under the guidance of the Property Manager, you'll spearhead specialized functions, including:
Property Management/Leasing/Special Projects:
- Assist leasing agents with apartment listings, inquiries, and showings.
- Coordinate property management projects and assignments.
- Conduct apartment inspections, manage lease renewals, and handle resident interactions.
- Maintain accurate records and facilitate financial transactions.
Accounts Payable Responsibilities:
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Review and reconcile vendor statements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment issues.
Move-In and Move-Out Utilities Setup:
- Coordinate utility setups and transfers for properties.
- Communicate with tenants, landlords, and utility providers.
- Address utility billing discrepancies promptly.
Customer Service:
- Assist in planning resident functions and protecting business reputation.
- Respond promptly to resident service requests with excellent customer service.
- Maintain professionalism in all interactions and adhere to company policies.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of customer service work experience.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Effective organization and prioritization of tasks is required.
