Retail Team Leader - Drive Store Success

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Co-Manager to join our team at Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving store success, developing strong teams, and creating a positive and encouraging work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational leadership and support to the Store Manager in assigned locations.
• Lend merchandising expertise to enhance and maintain high levels of presentation throughout assigned areas.
• Develop and mentor new and existing team members to ensure their success.

Requirements:

• Previous retail management experience.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
