Senior Endowment Accountant

Senior Endowment Accountant - REMOTEOur client, a private college located in Boston, MA, is seeking a Senior Endowment Accountant to join their team! This role will report to the Director of Accounting and handle the endowment accounting to support their year-end close. This position will be responsible for the accounting workflow for gift and scholarship accounting. This is a fully remote position but must be able to work EST hours.Responsibilities:Reconciliations - pledge receivable account, balance sheet account, advancement clearing account, gift net asset roll forward for the FY24 in excelCreate new temporary and endowed gifts and new scholarship codesReconcile endowed contributionsCreate and book journal entriesQualifications:Degree in Accounting or related field6+ years of experience preferredPrior Workday general ledger experience & endowment accounting experience is requiredBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
