The Continuous Improvement Engineer is a driver of Ampact’s continued growth and success. With a commitment to efficiency & innovation, this position seeks, develops, and implements initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. From researching business requirements to evaluating system impacts, the Business Analyst is a detailed planner, process improvement leader, excellent analyst and expert communicator. In addition to identifying, analyzing and recommending efficiency improvements, this position ensures successful outcomes by managing the implementation and outcomes of improvement solutions. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Business Analyst works with stakeholders across Ampact to support process improvements and efficiencies throughout the organization.

Essential Functions Identify and drive awareness of business requirements across departments and determine inefficient processes through evaluation including real-time data Serve as a thought leader and champion for business processes that promote increased efficiency and productivity Create and implement precise project management plans, including clear scope and with attention to transparent communication at all levels Perform, evaluate, and communicate at every stage of systems and process development Determine and develop user requirements for processes to ensure maximum usability Develop change management plans to ensure maximum adoption by affected groups Ensure continued effectiveness and efficiency through documentation, communication and continued systems solutions evaluation. Partner with stakeholders across departments (ex: programs, finance, grant administration, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with stakeholders including managerial, and executive teams Position Description Continued Ampact 2.8.23 [2] Develop meaningful relationships for optimized improvements, efficiency gains and ensure effectiveness in meeting business requirements. Evaluate, analyze, and communicate business requirements on a continuing basis, including the delivery of status reports to all appropriate parties Create reports, dashboards and visualizations Author and update documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements, recommendations and documentation This position requires the ability to: Travel locally needed to attend meetings. Communicate effectively with people/groups in multiple settings within and outside the organization. Effectively utilize existing and emerging technology to achieve required results. Transporting of moderately heavy objects up to 25 pounds

Qualifications Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in business or similar area Certified process improvement project manager (preferred) Minimum Experience Five or more years of experience in business analytics/process improvement/project management Proven analytical abilities Experience in generating process documentation and reports Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights Physical Requirements Ampact is committed to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and will make reasonable accommodations as possible to enable employees to perform the essential functions of their positions.
