Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who resides fairly close to our office, has reliable transportation, wants to work, is motivated to advance, and would like to maintain long-term employment with our company. We are willing to spend the extra time to train and 'groom' the right individual if you can go the distance with our company and help us grow by providing excellent customer service and a superior quality of work!

 

Position Responsibilities

At all times, demonstrate and promote the mission, values, and culture of VCM, Inc.

Provide customer service at all times attending to all calls and messages within 24 hours

Manage the day-to-day for a multi-property portfolio

Coordination with vendors on contract fulfillment

Coordination with vendors on various landscape, masonry, fence, etc. projects

Communicate daily (or as needed) with Board Members

Occasional night meetings with Board Members

Covenant enforcement

Communicate with homeowners

Inspection drives and training of new associates on Common area/community inspections

Assist Directors in the coordination of lunch and learn training

Own the on-call process, and serve as secondary escalation where needed

Provide hip-to-hip training for new associates

Attend Annual/Board meetings with managers, when needed

Assist in various high-level projects, as needed

Other duties, as needed

 

 

Qualifications:
Qualifications:

Associate or higher degree highly preferred.

Minimum of one (1) year managing Homeowner Associations (HOAs) required.

CAI designation(s) strongly preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.

 

Pay and Benefits:

$68,000   to $78,000, depending on education and experience.

PLUS - $2000 signon bonus
