REDCOM Design & Construction, in Westfield, NJ, is looking for an energetic and experienced Bookkeeper to handle all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities, along with monitoring our Construction & Accounting systems for data/process accuracy and timeliness of entries that affect our financial reporting.

Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to the following:

Ownership of our Consulting Invoice process Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Preparation of draft invoices for management review; finalizing invoices Posting invoices to the SAGE Intacct system Emailing PDFs of consulting invoices to clients Updating the Consulting Statement AR Report Sending statements to internal managers; continued follow up on open Accounts Receivable items Preparation of Ad Hoc Consulting Project reporting

Accounts Payable in SAGE Intacct Scan invoices daily; route within the proper system(s) Upload invoices into SAGE Intacct Review and follow up on any invoices that were declined for approval

Ownership of SAGE Intacct Expense Reporting process & Credit Card Process Review employee expenses and reporting each month Review proper entry of expense information into SAGE Intacct system, i.e., Tasks, Categories, & Job Related items Follow up in system to ensure managers are approving team expense reports in a timely manner

Other/Miscellaneous Activities Bank Runs (in-person deposits and other activities done at our local bank) Quarterly Sales Tax preparation & process Syncing information from Procore to SAGE Intacct Finalizing approvals on information transferred from Procore to SAGE Intacct Preparation and monitoring of Budget vs. Actual reporting, Quarterly Account analysis, Quarterly Filing, Weekly

Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree/Associates Degree in Accounting or related field 5 years or more as a Bookkeeper or closely related discipline Excellent organization skills; an eye for detail and accuracy of data Excellent Math skills / Strong MS Excel skills Excellent aptitute with Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel Experienced user of SAGE Intacct, Procore High level of computer aptitude; can learn new systems and programs quickly and with ease Ability to communicate well internally and externally; both verbal and written, with individuals of at all levels
