General Summary:
Responsible for effectively managing relationships with all DB USA sales engineers, representatives, and customers. Responsible for sales administration including order processing, delivery, and payment monitoring.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Assist sales teams on order administration including order processing, monitoring and sales/technical support for Dunham-Bush USA.
· Responsible for managing order entry and order monitoring including order acknowledgement, weekly production schedule, payment, and shipment.
· Represent DB USA Sales, update and follow up on Weekly production Review Meeting and Biweekly Factory Loading Meeting
· Represent Sales Team & Sales Support team with the JDEs system, update and improve JDE processes within department module.
· Coordinate with DB USA sales team to assist when customers visit DB USA with product presentation, plant tour, witness testing, entertainment, etc.
· Drive the team to ensure order management and processing are in order and timely manner.
· Lead and attend to all issues related to the specific accounts or projects; ensure that all is attend in a timely and appropriate manner.
· Need to effectively identify product sales strength, weakness, opportunities and communicate effectively to departmental head so that necessary action can be taken to address any shortcomings.
· Must always maintain good relationship with customers and attend to inquiries and help solve problem that may exist during course of work.
· Responsible for warranty claim processing and follow-up with the warranty department to ensure the claims are closed in a timely manner.
· Support cost accountant on order costing & review.
· Responsible for sending sales & technical announcements to reps and customers.
· Periodic website maintenance & updates.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management
· Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
· Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:
· Excellent integrity and ethical standards.
· Very proactive, innovative, team-player, analytical minded with strong business acumen.
· Excellent sales and technical knowledge in HVAC.
· Good personality and interpersonal skill
· Able to work longer hours when required
· Computer skills including MS Offices, Power Point, etc.
· Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Education and Experience Requirements
· Degree in Engineering / Mechanical / Business Management or equivalent.
· 5 to 7 years exposure in related industry.
Physical Demands and work environment:
