Senior Engineer - SaaS

Senior Engineer - SaaS ZL Technologies is seeking a Senior Engineer - SaaS in the Milpitas, CA area. Responsibilities Work as a part of geographically distributed engineering teams to enable transition of ZL tech's flagship products to a scalable, reliable and high-performance SaaS. Work on transition of current application architecture to microservices architecture. Collaborate with other functional teams in understanding requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Work in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality software on time. Requirements BS / MS degree in Computer Science, Information technology or engineering. 3+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale (distributed) and scalable system architecture. 2+ years of experience in Kubernetes, container technologies. 2+ years of experience in Cloud native development. Experience in building REST APIs. Expertise in Dev/Ops and CI/CD implementation. Understanding of microservice design and architecture patterns. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills.
