Job Summary
The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our Albert Lea facility. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and develop care plans for residents Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records Requirements
Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current RN licensure in Minnesota Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends and holidays Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Benefits
