Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Physician Support Coordinator to join our team at Houston Methodist. This role will provide critical support to physicians and facilitate the optimized use of clinical systems. Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to physicians and facilitate IT training support and problem resolution. Serve as a liaison between the medical staff and hospital departments to resolve operational and information technology system issues. Support new and existing members of the medical staff regarding the use of provider-related technologies, including the Electronic Health Record (EHR), mobile solutions, and communication tools. Encourage successful clinical and physician adoption of various Houston Methodist IT solutions. Provide input in a timely and accurate manner for all appropriate departmental administrative processes. Address application concerns with IT in a timely manner and partner to resolve issues. Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in IT, computer science, nursing, healthcare administration, business, or a related allied health field. Three years of related experience in an IT or clinical setting, with at least two years in a provider support, training, or optimization capacity. What We Offer
