Senior Software Configuration ManagerJob Locations: US | US-HI-HalawaRequisition ID: 2024-149709Position Category: Information TechnologyClearance: SecretResponsibilitiesPeraton is seeking a highly qualified Senior Software Configuration Manager in support to the upcoming LONG-RANGE ENTERPRISE INTELLIGENCE, SURVEILLANCE, AND RECONNAISSANCE ACTIVITY (LEIA). As part of a highly talented, motivated team, you will support a fast-paced program delivering a broad spectrum of Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Cyber Defense, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C6ISR) capabilities to support SOCPAC missions and its AORs. This is a remote position approved for telework.******POSITION IS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD**********Duties and responsibilities include:Leading and owning the technical aspects of Dev/Sec/Ops application development releases including planning, scheduling, testing, and controlling successful delivery.Ensuring all technical teams (DevOps, Database, Network, Security, Application teams) deliver services on time and manage application development milestones.Working with stakeholders to provide detailed technical documentation for release planning, testing, tracking, release content, deployment, communication, and risk management.Managing technical requirements to complete testing and deployment stages, working closely with application development, testing, and production teams.Supporting release management tools used to manage releases.Ensuring the software baseline is managed and updated as part of the configuration management process.Validating all security requirements are met with no new security issues introduced with the release.Identifying risks that can delay the release and managing them to maintain scope and quality.Scheduling release readiness reviews before deployment and milestone reviews after each release.Planning and providing weekly updates on release activities.Teaming up with development teams responsible for automation tools used to develop and deploy software.Maintaining documentation related to procedures on build and release, notifications lists, and dependencies.QualificationsMinimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD.
