Department: Corporate Services - SalesEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Greenbelt, MDReporting To: Patrick GaultDescriptionAs part of the JSI Sales Team, the Sales Director will be responsible for expanding services to JSI's current Electric Cooperative clients and expanding our business to new clients across the US. This position is accountable for all Electric Cooperatives in the US and will report to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of JSI.Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for selling the full suite of JSI's Broadband services across the US to Rural Electric Companies.Maintain and update the CRM and marketing automation tools to ensure accuracy.Work with the extended JSI team, including the service line management experts, to achieve sales and revenue objectives.Leverage partners to extend the customer reach.Identify and participate in key Electric Cooperative events nationwide to promote and position JSI services and thought leadership.Skills, Knowledge And ExpertiseMinimum of five (5) years of experience working with the Rural Tier 3 Telcos and/or Electric Cooperatives.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Willingness to travel 50% of the time.Minimum three years of CRM Utilization.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Responsible and able to work successfully in both individual and team settings.BenefitsAt JSI, you will have a career that is rewarding and challenging at every level of the organization.JSI is committed to providing our employees with:Professional growth and development opportunities.A diverse, dynamic, and stimulating work environment.Educational opportunities.A competitive salary and benefits package.
