Creston Dental & Braces - a Benevis company is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team. As a key member of our dental care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients and contribute to our mission of providing high-quality dental care to underserved families. Responsibilities
Provide dental services to patients with the support of your team, including routine check-ups, fillings, and extractions. Participate in activities to promote a positive image of the company and engage with our community. Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless office flow and efficient patient care. What We Offer
Guaranteed base pay in excess of $200,000 with uncapped earning potential. Student loan repayment assistance. Sign-on bonus up to $75,000 (select locations). Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. 401(k) retirement plan with company match. Continuing education reimbursement and opportunities for professional growth. Requirements
DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure. Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA). Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults. We value teamwork, mutual respect, and cooperation.
