LPN-LTC Job Opportunity Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Baltimore, MD, working night shifts with a weekend commitment.

Location: Baltimore, MD

Unit: Hall 1

Shift: Night shift, 7:00pm-7:30am

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for residents in Hall 1, a 40-45 bed long-term care unit.

Responsibilities:

Attend to daily operations of the unit on a per shift, unit level

Assume responsibilities of a leadership role as needed

Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans

Provide basic physical assessment skills and nursing care to residents

Requirements:

Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree

Graduate of accredited school of nursing

License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification

Basic computer skills

Knowledge of Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, EKG Machine, and Specialty Bed Operation
