Sales Director North America

With over 35 years of experience, we design and manufacture cutting-edge ground segment equipment, providing comprehensive solutions and end-to-end services powered by our innovative technology.We are looking for a Sales Director to join our sales team in North America to capitalize on our current successes and maximize the business opportunities within the region.We offer a competitive salary, 401K plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and a vacation package!ResponsibilitiesProactively source and pursue new business opportunities in North America focusing on service providers, MNOs, telco operators, systems integrators, and ISPs.Provide ongoing support to existing customer base.Identify and execute sales strategies to ensure achievement of annual revenue targets.Develop strong relationships with key decision makers (senior management and executives) of customers and key prospects.Develop and maintain sales pipeline and opportunities forecast.Identify new market requirements and provide feedback to the engineering and marketing teams.Travel as required, up to 30% of time.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications with a good understanding of baseband (modems and hubs), antennas, and RF systems and solutions.Minimum 7 years of direct sales management experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong knowledge and understanding of the North American market and its customers.Good understanding of enterprise, cellular backhaul, and mobility applications and use cases.Experience working with US government or Defense customers – Advantage.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related domain required.Master’s Degree is an advantage.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Eagerness to learn new technologies and products.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.US Citizen or Green Card Holder.The Base Salary for this position ranges from $155,000 to $185,000 per year PLUS bonuses and additional benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
