Service CenterSan Diego - DowntownThe Talent Acquisition Partner II is responsible for providing recruiting expertise and support to multiple assigned markets as needed. Following Caliber’s recruiting process/system and legal requirements, the position will network, source and screen applicants for a variety of individual contributor market/center level positions, as well as coordinate the hiring and selection process.OUR TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNERS FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:$55,000 - $70,000 per year – With the potential for an annual bonusDevelops And Executes Strategic Recruiting PlansCommunicates regularly with Talent Acquisition Managers regarding KPI alignment and achievement, recruitment process updates and changes, and internal customer alignment.Proactively communicates regularly with Talent Acquisition Advisors, direct management, and operational leadership to review staffing strategy, providing recommendations, and understanding recruiting needs. Provides regular updates.Independently, researches, recommends, and uses established and new sources for active and passive candidates.Posts open positions internally and on approved job boards. Using market and industry knowledge may recommend and utilize non-traditional posting opportunitiesReviews resumes/applications and pre-screens candidates, referring qualified candidates on to hiring managers. Tracks progress of candidates in process & handles administrative details.Manages the offer process to ensure consistency, compliance with Caliber’s policy & practice, and a high rate of acceptance.Provide a clear handoff to HR Administrative Team to enable effective and consistent onboarding process.Maintain candidate data in ATS, utilize current metrics, and compile related reports.Networking For Applicant GenerationPromotes and expands the teammate referral and alumni referral networks.Working with operations and business development leaders, builds professional networks to help surface passive candidates.Independently leverages a variety of sourcing tools and strategies (i.e., Indeed, LinkedIn, social media and hiring events) to provide a high caliber slate of candidates.Independently work with internal and external partners to form and maintain “competitive intelligence” on competitors within the market and follows Caliber’s guidelines on recruiting from competition.GeneralAssist with routine projects related to recruiting, employment branding and the overall recruitment process as assigned.Performs other duties as required.Performs regular, in-market travel with occasional out of market travel.Requirements, Skills & KnowledgeBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge and skills2-4 years of Recruiting and/or HR experienceProficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management systems, Workday and Phenom highly preferredProficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)High volume recruiting experience preferredFamiliar and demonstrates knowledge of a variety of the HR concepts, practices, and proceduresAbility to identify and handle priority and/or sensitive issues with discretion and a commitment to confidentialityAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of managementProactive approach towards improving processes and systems.Effective written and verbal communication/interaction skillsMust have strong organizational skillsActions embody Caliber’s Core ValuesThe ability to travel/work remotely within your respective market required.Caliber is an Equal Opportunity Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
