The Business Analyst will support current enterprise system analysis for strategic initiatives currently underway in ITSD. This position will work closely with internal IT stakeholders and campus-wide departments to understand, assess, clarify, and document processes, business requirements, and specifications for assigned ITSD initiatives. This position will actively engage in providing recommendations to support business needs that align with streamlining, modernizing, and elevating the technology footprint on campus.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Assess functional business needs; draft detailed assessment and requirements documentation for key strategic initiatives underway.
Work closely with appropriate stakeholders within and outside of IT on identified projects such as the Education Cloud initiative and campus-wide adoption.
Provide feedback and recommendations where appropriate.
Assume additional responsibilities as required.

WHAT EDUCATION AND SKILLS YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor' s Degree in related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Must have strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, PowerPoint, etc.).
Ability to envision and propose new methods to perform tasks that support ET&A; take thoughtful risks; and accept new and ongoing initiatives, objectives, and solutions to gain sought-after results.
Anticipates and embraces change; demonstrates a willingness to achieve, acquire, and utilize new skills and challenging tasks; and is flexible in changing conditions.
HOW AND WHERE YOU WILL WORK
This is a temporary position.
Work schedule is approximately 20 hours a week with final schedule determined upon hire.
