The IRP will allow RNs flexibility in scheduling short- or long-term assignments within our Mass General Brigham Hospitals at a premium rate of pay. All positions will be placed in inpatient or long-term care units. This is an exciting opportunity for Nurses that are:Seeking flexible schedule or work/life balanceInterested in temporary work but not interested in travelingWant work flexibility; the ability to find the schedule that works for youLooking for opportunities to work on different types of units and hospitals within our system or a foot in the door to a long-term careerPrincipal duties and responsibilities:Provides competent, compassionate patient- and family-centered nursing care based on scientific principles and the use of the nursing process and interdisciplinary teamwork.Collaborates with other professionals and directs support staff and nonprofessional nursing personnel in maintaining recognized standards.Participates in daily operational activities necessary for safe patient/staff environment.Maintains and updates clinical knowledge and skills based on current nursing education practices.QualificationsLICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, and/or REGISTRATIONS (if applicable): Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
