Encouraging and confidence-building culture. Schedule -Call taking position with a great work/life balance. -Guaranteed paid post-call day off. Salary -Base salary starts at $215,000 for new grads (salary is based on CRNA experience). -In addition to base salary CRNAs receive supplemental pay for call and hours worked beyond scheduled shifts. -Student Stipend $1500/month up to $30,000 or Sign-on bonus of $30,000 -Annual Call Bonus of $15,000 for taking call. -Eligible for Annual Merits. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Advanced practice nurse who works in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons and other physicians and medical professionals to deliver anesthesia for medical and surgical procedures. Responsibilities Participates in professional development Provides direct patient care and documents care given. Ensures compliance with all applicable state, local, and federal laws that may apply to anesthesia services. Completes the pre-anesthesia patient record, reviews the results of laboratory data, and begins induction when appropriate. Minimum Requirements Education Nursing Diploma/Associate's - Nursing Experience
