Project requires background in AWS, cloud services, Retail POS solutions, B2B, E-Commerce, Payments, Integrated Banking and other related domains. Experience in working in a Start-up environment is a huge plus. As Technical Product Owner, you will design and build our cloud services, integrate cloud security, and enhance the web portal. Working with our product leaders and stakeholders, you'll develop reusable cloud services components and portals that manage the B2B lifecycle. In this role you can expect to: Responsible for designing, delivering, and implementing the key modules of KHub in AWS which include POS solutions, B2B, E-Commerce team, Payments, Integrated Banking, and other Deposits.com API. Own all phases of the product development life cycle, from conception to delivery to customers. Craft code that meets our internal standards for style and scalability. Collaborate with other developers to flesh out technical requirements. Learn from other engineers and help drive continuous improvement of our platform. Work in an Agile environment - we move fast and work in two-week sprints. Report directly to the CTO. You’ll learn the ins and outs of our business and technology and your ideas will always be heard. There’s no red tape here. Work with agile methodologies and tools - including Confluence, Jira, working in a Lean/Agile/Scrum environment. Initiate and implement ITIL services to speed up the product development process. Work very closely with business stakeholders, AWS engineers, UI Developers, UX designers, and architects to define product requirements and collaborate within agile teams to drive product management activities. You are responsible for integrating Flex Payments, Deposits.com payment API, and CYCLR Cloud API integration and designing the user-specific module with an easy UI/UX system. Provide SME (Subject Matter Expertise) in B2B (Business to Business) Payments and integrations with AP (Account Payable) automation and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software. Work with SQL DBA team to enhance and architect the multi-tenancy database. Propose improvements to existing payment features, communicate and prioritize these changes along with other development priorities and projects. Perform incremental and iterative product development, which can react very quickly to the market environment preferably using Agile methodology. Participate in preparation/prioritization of portfolio/solution backlogs to continuously synthesize into program backlog and team backlogs. Identify gaps between current systems and client/market needs. Coordinate with UAT teams on testing resources and timelines, content being tested, ensuring requirements trace back to test scenarios and cases, and ensuring who is responsible for the requirements being tested. Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, data load scripts, and fine-tune the queries to optimize the performance in Oracle database. Develop an inventory of reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, forms, and workflows to support the new processes and solutions across work streams. You’re a good fit for the role if: You work very closely with business stakeholders, UX designers, and architects to define product requirements and collaborate within agile teams to drive product management activities. Consistently assess and analyze the impact of existing and new features. Propose improvements to existing features, communicate and prioritize these changes along with other development priorities and projects. Perform activities to support opportunities for existing products & gather data on customer needs to identify product opportunities. Experience in breaking down high-level features into tactical user stories and assigning and supervising them across multiple organizations. Strong ability to identify and resolve cross-project interdependencies. Perform incremental and iterative product development, which can react very quickly to the market environment preferably using Agile methodology. Participate in preparation/prioritization of portfolio/solution backlogs to continuously synthesize into program backlog and team backlogs. Identify gaps between current systems and client/market needs. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering related discipline. Overall experience of +5 years, with at least 4+ years in Product management in IT E-commerce or AWS implemented projects. Hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and support of enterprise software. Experience with POS retail integrations, ITIL, and Banking/Payments integrations is a MUST.
