Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 per year

Our company, a leading player in the technology industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Analyst/Paralegal. This role will involve the application of legal knowledge and skills in the rapidly expanding area of Crypto/Blockchain technology. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team, providing legal guidance on a range of issues, including investment funds and paralegal matters. With a minimum of 5+ years of experience, the candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, where innovation and forward-thinking are highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues relating to Crypto/Blockchain technology.
  • Assist in the development and management of investment funds.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various legal matters pertaining to the technology industry.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts and legal documents.
  • Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Keep abreast of industry-specific laws and regulations, advising the company on any potential impacts.
  • Assist with litigation matters, including managing the discovery process, drafting motions, and attending hearings.
  • Provide paralegal support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding and experience with Crypto/Blockchain legal issues.
  • Experience in managing investment funds.
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations.
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Paralegal certification or experience is a plus.
