Location(s): Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities

Responsible for driving sales for Client products and services in an approved Big Box Retail location or other assigned location while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by handling customer requests, inquiries and complaints regarding orders, billing and service in a professional manner. The Sales Associate is responsible for meeting established sales, revenue, and customer experience objectives by ensuring customers are provided with the appropriate product and accessory solutions. Guides customers through the purchase decision and activation process of Client product offerings (cable, data, voice, and wireless). Responsible for meeting established sales objectives by matching customer needs with the right products and services. Ensures individual sales targets are met. Executes promotions and campaigns designed to increase brand equity and achieve sales objectives. Builds and maintains relationships with potential and existing customers. Aids customers in completing purchases and resolving issues. Strives to exhibit best-in-class customer service skills. Contributes to sales area upkeep and cleanliness. Clearly explains and illustrates product and service capabilities and continuously expands on industry knowledge. May be required to work in other locations that are in proximity to 'home store' to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED. Ability to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience target goals. Willingness to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends, evenings, and holidays. Computer literacy with an aptitude for learning communication products and services. Must have reliable, consistent transportation and ability to work at a variety of retail locations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively sell products using a solutions-based approach.

Preferred Experience

1 or more years of experience preferred in related field (i.e. Sales, Retail Sales, etc.).
