What you'll do: Must have 2+ years of recent, high-volume bartending experience Bourbon knowledge a plus! You have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods of time, and are able to lift up to 25 pounds. Contains general knowledge regarding classic cocktail recipes, basic cocktail construction, and possesses general bartender fundamentals Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest Full comprehension of our menu and be able to make genuine recommendations Have a strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits. Know basic cocktail recipes Keep it clean. You're fanatical about cleanliness and organization Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise Have experience and proficiencies using Point of Sale Systems Follow all local alcoholic beverage laws, company policies and procedures Availability to work weekends and some holidays Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant Fox Restaurant Concepts, an entity of the Cheesecake Factory, is an Equal Opportunity & E- Verify Employer.
