Overview:
We are looking for a Staffing Manager PC to join our team.  This position will directly report to the Assistant Director PC, Branch Director PC or Branch Manager PC and will be responsible for all aspects of schedule management and coordination, client set up and service delivery, and performing general office duties.  Supervises the position of Caregiver.

 

High volume scheduling. Schedules appropriate care staff to client ensuring delivery of services. Receives and assesses intake and client requests for service. 

Providers customer service for clients

Coordinates service and facilitates communication between agency and client, family and referral source.

Consults with management and recruiting team to manage and ensure caregiver staffing ratio meets business needs. Assists with interviews and hires qualified caregivers, CNA’s and CHHA’s.

 

Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity.  Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.

 

Salary Range - $65,000/YR to $67,000/YR

About You:
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Documented coursework in business communications preferred.

Two years previous office experience and knowledge of filing and simple bookkeeping.
