Overview:

We seek a Floor Sales Manager to oversee and manage daily operations of the sales department, with a large emphasis on daily sales tasks within the CRM and sales consultant follow-up. Communication is in person, through the phone or email all while maintaining an accurate customer database using the CRM. To be successful in this position, you must be highly driven, self-motivated, and obsessed with providing great customer service along with excellent closing and selling skills.

This Position is Full-Time With Alternating Days Off

Responsibilities:
Customer Service:

Make sure all customers are attended to

Big emphasis with use of the CRM and daily follow-up

Call the desk log from the previous day

Train sales staff on various store software.

Close/TO car deals

Schedule and confirm appointments

Introduction to 100% of all customers

Staff:

See that staff is performing follow-up with ALL leads

Emails

Phone Calls

Surveys

Mechanical/Accessories/Polysteel

Training

Pinpoint areas of improvement for sales staff

Work with certain staff as they perform their follow up

Role playing: Greet, qualify, presentation, objections, pencil, close

Reinforce our sales system every step

Proper trade appraisal including the salesperson to attend with manager.

Set goals for each Salesperson and monitor daily

Basics, little thingsTrade stories

Balloons and banners

Stocking trades, putting cars back

Practice and preach teamwork

 Desking: 

Ensure all process are carried out 100% of the time.

Anticipate reactions/rebuttals from both staff and customer

Detail, do it right, do it once

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to deal effectively with customers, employees and vendors representing the dealership.

Professional appearance and strong communication skills.

Strong computer skills and fluent understanding of all dealership programs.

Excellent organizational skills.

Valid driver's license with a driving record allowing you to drive customer and company videos.
