Offering a single, centralized solution to manage all security and network devices, the BackBox solution automates all operational activities including orchestration, backup, recovery, asset management, security audits and capacity optimization for over 180 technology vendors ensuring an improved security posture by enhancing operational efficiencies,infrastructure reliability and visibility while reducing overall risk.As a global organization with representation around the world, BackBox supports customers within every major geographical region and industry, resulting in exposure to a variety of environments and unique customer requirements.Responsibilities:Acquire, install, secure, manage and maintain BackBox infrastructure and systems.Implement and execute Change Control Process for BackBox infrastructure. Communicate change windows and impacts to affected teams.Validate, implement, support and encourage SOC2 compliance for BackBox. Prepare responses for Customer/Prospect Security Questionnaires.Execute and validate onboarding/offboarding checklists (Add accounts to systems, make sure laptops are delivered, etc.).Collaborate with the team to report progress, communicate upcoming changes and improve organizational awareness of IT and security activities.Requirements:3+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure or Security process and tools.Understanding of network and security devices, including basic experience with one or more major vendors such as Cisco, Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet.Experience working in Linux environments, with a basic understanding of system administration and automation tools.Qualifications:BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience in relevant technologies.Experience in IT or closely related fields, specifically within Windows and Linux servers, network hardware and security principles.Why BackBox?If you thrive working in a small company, growth environment and you are passionate about helping customers and companies solve problems, we look forward to hearing from you!
