As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a visionary Lead App Growth Product Manager to drive our mobile app’s growth and retention (MAU).What You’ll Do:Own the Growth Roadmap: Develop and implement a growth strategy that aligns with Expedia Group’s objectives, focusing on user acquisition, activation, and retention. Innovate new ideas and app value propositions leading to organic growth.Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and other teams to execute growth initiatives and models that drive app downloads and engagement.Boost User Acquisition and Activation: Partner with marketing to define initiatives, targeting high-value user segments and optimizing content to drive app installs.Leverage Analytics and Insights: Utilize data to analyze user behavior, identify trends, implement A/B tests, and inform product decisions.Who you are:8+ years in product management with a focus on app growth in a consumer tech environment, including experience with mobile app install placements on web.Track record of scaling apps, driving user growth, and improving KPIs. Success in delivering complex, large-scale products.Deep empathy for travelers and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.Strong understanding of mobile app development, growth hacking tools, A/B testing, and analytics platforms.Exceptional ability to use data for decision-making, with experience in predictive modeling and cohort analysis.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, or related).Exceptional leadership and communication skills.Preferred: Experience with ML-driven marketing campaigns, personalization, and travel-related products.The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $157,500 to $220,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $252,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.The total cash range for this position in San Francisco is $184,500.00 to $258,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $295,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
