The function manages the component roadmaps and budget buckets over time, securing successful implementation of the Traton Modular System.Now we are looking for an experienced manager for the role of Head of Powertrain. In this role, you will report to the Head of Group Product Planning. Together with your team, you are responsible for the TRATON Group Product Planning in the area of Powertrain. Your team consists of senior product managers who ensure that we initiate the right products at the right time and secure that they are funded in close collaboration with commercial product planning in the brands and the corresponding area within Industrial Operations. The role is on a second-line manager or comparative level (MK/OMK). The position is at the TRATON office in Södertälje, Sweden, with a starting date as soon as possible.THE JOBManage a team with very skilled and experienced employees.Manage the TRATON Group roadmaps for the area of Powertrain and secure performance steps that enable product differentiation between the brands.Manage the Powertrain bucket over time.Sponsor projects from roadmap ideas to Start of Project and continue follow-up until SOP.Chair and oversee TRATON Group Product Decision Committee (PDC) for Powertrain.Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.Maintain consistent communication with several stakeholders to ensure future orientation.YOUR SKILLSYou have a proven track record of management and leadership experience.You enjoy working in a complex and strategic environment dealing with both technical, commercial, and financial topics.
