As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will spearhead our consumer lending operations. You'll lead and inspire a team managing direct and indirect auto loans, personal loans, credit cards, and more, enhancing the member experience, driving portfolio growth, and contributing to risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Strategy: Engage actively in Senior Leadership Team meetings to contribute to strategic planning, promoting high-quality service, growth, and profitability.
2. Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of consumer lending operations, including loan origination, processing, underwriting, closing/funding, and servicing.
3. Team Development: Mentor and develop your team, set goals, conduct performance reviews, and support career growth.
4. Risk Management: Collaborate with committees to effectively manage credit risk and interest rate risk, ensuring sound practices and adherence to risk tolerances.
5. Product & Program Management: Review and enhance lending programs, oversee dealer relationships, and champion insurance partnerships.
6. Community Engagement: Represent the organization at community functions and on select boards, promoting our commitment to community involvement.

1. Competitive Salary: Starting at $161,000 - $179,000 annually, based on experience.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Consumer Lending.
2. 7-10 years of experience in lending within a mid- to large-sized financial institution.
3. Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage a dynamic department.
4. Proficiency in data analytics and a deep understanding of financial concepts and operational practices.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Physical Demands

1. Ability to perform activities such as sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 5 pounds.
2. Flexibility to occasionally work overtime as needed.
