Job Description:
 

The Corporate Director of Operations, Bob's Steak & Chop House will drive brand compliance, marketing plans and menu adaptions for Bob's Steak & Chop House locations nationwide.  The Corporate Director will also directly supervise, mentor & evaluate the Bob’s management team of locations within Omni Hotels & Resorts. 

 

Reports to: Vice President of Food & Beverage, Omni Hotels

 

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Brand Standard Compliance for all restaurants. Complete frequent restaurant audits to ensure standards are being met. Overnight travel is required, approximately 3-4 nights per month.
• Responsible for Marketing plans to include: Promotions, Special Monthly Events, Direct Marketing, Advertising, PR, Social Media, and Bob's Website.
• Communicate restaurant initiatives & performance to Omni Senior Leadership, Bob’s Ownership & Bob’s Franchisees.
• Work closely with the VP of Food & Beverage, Omni to assist with new development opportunities.
• Responsible for menu adaptation recommendations.
• Responsible for Recruiting and hiring (Omni's) Bob's General Manager.
• Coordinate new hire and on going training for Bob’s Managers & Chefs.
• Works closely with the Omni Hotels Bob's GM's on Yearly Budgets.
• Reviews monthly Financial Statements & Performance Scorecards with the VP of Food & Beverage.
• Reviews and provides oversight to the Bob's Gift Card Program.
• Provide strategic and tactical direction to all aspects of (Omni’s)Bob’s Restaurant Operations.
• Identify revenue opportunities to ensure maximization of food and beverage revenues and profits. Identify and remedy cost deficiencies where they exist.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis to maintain a competitive market position.
• Alongside the procurement team, maintain national account status & share best practices for food cost control.
• Develop, maintain & enforce beverage programs and mandates for (Omni) Bob’s.
• Evaluate and develop SOPS to operational excellence, brand standards and superior profitability.

Qualifications:
• 5 plus years of F&B leadership experience in Hospitality or Restaurants. Steakhouse or Upscale Dining preferred.
• Reputable industry leader. Demonstrated ability to build and implement operations strategies that provide long-term growth and profitability.
• Ability to think outside of the box with a keen awareness of opportunities to be competitive.
• Excellent financial acumen with prior P&L responsibilities.
• Ability to articulate ideas and business results.
• Excellent oral and written communications.
• Previous experience in multi-unit (regional) environments.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and execute initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
