Your Role: As an AI Machine Learning Engineer (m/f/d), you are the link between data science and software engineering. You specialize in the design, implementation, and use of machine learning models to solve complex problems. Your Tasks: Design innovative AI projects: Develop algorithms for machine learning, considering factors such as accuracy, scalability, and interpretability. Convert raw data into usable formats for model training. Select suitable ML models (e.g. regression, neural networks, decision trees) based on the problem requirements. Train and evaluate the models using labeled data, validating their performance and fine-tuning hyperparameters. Deploy ML models in our production systems while ensuring scalability and reliability. Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to provide effective solutions. Your Qualifications: Degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, data science or a comparable technical degree. First professional experience in the AI environment, data science, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure. Basic knowledge of agile software development approaches (Scrum, Kanban). Experience with AWS and Google desirable. Very good knowledge of German and English; further foreign language skills advantageous. Technical understanding and interest in complex software solutions.
