From the seabed to outer space, you’ll learn and grow, contributing to work that shapes the world.Position Responsibilities:Defines customer training requirements and develops proposals to satisfy requirements.Researches and evaluates potential training technologies for application to customer requirements.Develops and documents training standards and specifications to enable training design, development, and delivery.Analyzes training effectiveness to assure requirements are met.Develops statement of work estimates and tracks status of projects.Coordinates and leads collaboration with multiple teams across organizations.This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options: Seattle, WA; Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; Miami, FL; San Francisco, CA.The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements; therefore, a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor’s Degree or higher.777, 757, 767, 747, or 787 FAA ATP or EASA equivalent.3+ years of experience as a flight crew member (i.e., pilots, co-pilots, navigator, flight engineer).3+ years of experience in a Flight Training Background in large commercial or military aircraft.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience working with airplane manuals such as Flight Crew Training Manual, Airplane Flight Manual, Flight Crew Operations Manual, Deviation Dispatch Guide including Configuration, and Quick Reference Handbook.Experience in a role that required Project Management skills.Experience briefing customers and leadership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
