Job DescriptionGENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead all recruiting activity for both seasonal and full-time roles in the operations business, including non-exempt as well as leadership positions within Fanatics Commerce operations sites. This includes eCommerce, made-to-order, and wholesale.Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to conduct intake meetings to understand position specifications, as well as any additional skill requirements.Develop/refine recruitment strategy and recruiting/hiring processes.Utilize recruiting data to create proper strategies to impact talent attraction as well as to augment our candidate pool for Peak seasonal hiring.Partner with HR and other key departments to align recruiting strategies with overall business objectives.Determine appropriate lead generation and recruiting tools to meet business needs with a specific focus on high turnover roles and seasonal hiring efforts.Create and manage pipeline of talent for Fanatics at all levels and provide consistent quarterly updates and weekly updates during peak season to Operations leadership.Create and execute new innovative recruiting strategies for high volume seasonal recruiting with proposed budget.Establish positive relationships with area colleges, trade schools, and community organizations.Work with Fanatics Leadership including the People team, General Managers and Senior Operations Leadership to help foster Fanatics corporate values via all People strategies.Educational Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.Knowledge Skills And Abilities:8+ years of high-volume recruitment experience or equivalent combination of operations experience with minimum of 3 years in a leadership role preferred.Experience leading multi-site teams and building seasonal recruiting teams.Proven ability to develop effective partnerships across the organization including the ability to influence key stakeholders.Experience with high volume warehouse or fulfillment centers preferred.Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and achieve hiring goals.Excellent oral communication, written communication, and presentation skills.Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud ATS or similar ATS systems preferred.Deep understanding of best practices and industry trends specific to operations recruitment.Other Requirements:Ability to travel up to 20% with an emphasis on site visits during peak seasonal hiring.Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend, and move around the fulfillment center as needed.Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons if needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
