Design Manager

Dynamo AI is a deeply technical and energetic team working at the intersection of Compliance and Artificial Intelligence. Our product team is looking to hire an experienced Product Design Manager to drive product operations, grow our design maturity, and improve our end-to-end product experience.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional leadership to align on priorities, define product design direction, and allocate resources effectively. Foster communication and collaboration to ensure successful outcomes and build trust.Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders. Anticipate and manage opportunities or conflicts with clear communication.Recruit and manage a team of exceptional designers, fostering a culture of quality, creativity, inclusivity, and impact.Provide feedback to improve team ideas and executions. Know when to dive in to unblock teams and when to step back, using strong examples to elevate work.Implement processes to enhance team efficiency and design quality. Communicate project statuses, risks, and dependencies regularly.Qualifications5+ years of industry experience in product design, including at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.Proven track record with a portfolio that showcases high-quality design and customer experience case studies, demonstrating design decisions that articulate efficient design resource usage while balancing user and business needs across various touchpoints in the product ecosystem.Craft expertise in user-centered design processes, product design strategy, scoping, designing, and prototyping, with efficient handoffs to cross-functional (XFN) teams.Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive UX strategy that consistently delivers quality outcomes aligned with the company’s goals and user needs.Experience in leading and mentoring a team of product and content designers, providing guidance, shaping processes, practices, and culture to ensure the best work of their lives.Provide constructive feedback constantly to push the quality of work to new boundary.Strong communication, systems thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills, demonstrated by effective work across multiple teams, soliciting and synthesizing feedback, and facilitating design discussions.Proven ability to initiate and drive collaboration with cross-functional teams (including Engineering, Product Management, ML Engineers, Sales, and Customers) across the Dynamo AI product portfolio to integrate design into the product development lifecycle.Experience with B2B and SAAS product. Good to have in-depth knowledge of the domain relevant to Dynamo AI's product portfolio, with the ability to leverage this expertise to enhance product design and user experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
