Overview : The Consumer Products Manager will support the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Consumer Products and the broader team in retail, licensing, and gaming initiatives. Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily product approval processes for retail and premiums Manage Adobe portal setup and maintenance Prepare license sales reports and manage minimum guarantee (MG) and royalty invoicing Handle internal department orders and requests Assist in business term sheet management Provide omnichannel partner RFP support Collaborate on ShopMNT: build assortments, partner with internal teams on digital marketing plans, and monitor performance Act as a meeting scribe, create executive recaps, and build presentations for the Consumer Products group and leadership Provide ad hoc support across collectibles, premiums, gaming, and new business development Perform special projects and other assignments as needed Qualifications : 5+ years of experience in consumer products marketing, retail, or licensing Bachelor's degree Strong understanding of consumer products, retail systems, and licensing practices Analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making High energy and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and presentation skills for clear communication Ability to interact with partners and senior leadership Attention to detail, especially when multitasking under tight deadlines Strong commitment to producing high-quality work and adhering to organizational ethics Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
